1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Gutter Guy Perth, submitting a form, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Services (Matchmaker Model)
We operate solely as a lead-generation and matchmaking platform. Gutter Guy Perth does not perform cleaning or repairs. We connect customers with independent contractors operating under their own ABN, insurance, and licenses.
3. Payments & Financial Independence
All payments for work performed are strictly between the customer and the independent provider. Gutter Guy Perth does not collect, process, or store payments. We are not a party to financial transactions between customer and provider.
Refunds, cancellations, or disputes must be handled directly between both parties. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds for technical issues or duplicate leads charged to providers only.
4. ABN Verification & Provider Duties
Each provider must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN). We verify ABNs through public data but do not guarantee ongoing validity or performance. Providers are fully responsible for compliance, insurance, and workmanship.
5. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
We provide introductions “as-is”. Gutter Guy Perth assumes no responsibility for service quality, damages, or non-performance. Customers are advised to verify provider credentials before engagement.
6. Communication, SMS & Consent
Submitting a request grants consent for SMS or email contact related to your job. Communications comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Providers should contact customers between 8 AM and 8 PM only.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, and branding are property of Gutter Guy Perth. Unauthorized use or replication is prohibited.
8. Governing Law (WA)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes will be resolved under WA jurisdiction.
